Poster Setup

PowerPoint®

First you need to setup your page size. This is very important. You need to set up your file to the size you want printed or a size that is scalable to the size you want printed. In PowerPoint you are limited; 56”x56” is the maximum page size you can create in PowerPoint. This is great if your poster is 42”x56”, but it you need your poster to be 42”x72” you need to adjust your page size to be 28”x48” so we can print it to 42”x72” without any scaling issues.

How to adjust size for larger posters

PowerPoint Slide Size
(Go to Design/Page Setup)

      Size to be Printed
30" x 18"   60" x 36"
30" x 21"   60" x 42"
36" x 21"   72" x 42"
42" x 21"   84" x 42"
48" x 21"   96" x 42"
...you get the idea.
